// Private Cloud · single-tenant

Your own private cloud.

Private Cloud is a bare-metal server reserved entirely for you, running only your VMs. You get the isolation and performance of dedicated hardware with the flexibility to spin up and resize VMs like the public cloud. Built, secured and run by our team on our own network in hardened Kansas City data centers.

// Why Private Cloud

Dedicated hardware, cloud flexibility

Hardware that is only yours

A dedicated bare-metal host. Only your VMs run on it: no noisy neighbors, no shared tenancy.

Spin up VMs at will

Create, resize and snapshot as many VMs as the host supports, just like public cloud, but private.

Isolation for compliance

Single-tenant hardware makes data-isolation and audit requirements far simpler to meet.

Fully managed

We build, harden, patch and monitor the host and hypervisor around the clock.

Where it runs

Runs on our own network in hardened Kansas City data centers, including a cave 125 feet underground.

Backup and DR ready

Pair it with managed backup, replication and failover for full continuity.

// Where it fits

Three ways to run a server

From a shared cloud VM to a whole host of your own to raw metal. Private Cloud sits in the middle: dedicated hardware, cloud convenience.

Shared host

Cloud Servers

Your VMs on our multi-tenant cloud. Fast, from $15/mo, deployed in minutes.

// FAQ

Private Cloud, explained

What exactly is Private Cloud?
A bare-metal server reserved entirely for you, running a hypervisor only you use. Your VMs live on it and nobody else’s do. You get dedicated hardware, plus the freedom to create, resize and snapshot VMs like the public cloud.
How is it different from your cloud servers?
Cloud servers put your VMs on a shared, multi-tenant host (still isolated per VM). Private Cloud gives you the entire physical host to yourself, so nothing else runs on your hardware.
How is it different from bare metal?
Traditional bare metal is a single operating system installed directly on the hardware, with no hypervisor. Private Cloud runs a hypervisor on dedicated hardware, so you can run many VMs on it. We offer both.
Is it managed?
Yes. We build, harden, patch and monitor the host, the hypervisor and the network. Add managed OS, backup and disaster recovery as you need them.
Where does it run?
On our own network in hardened Kansas City data centers, one of them a cave 125 feet underground.
Do you still offer traditional bare metal?
Yes. For workloads that need raw hardware with no hypervisor (databases, licensing-bound software, or maximum single-workload performance) we still hand-build dedicated bare-metal servers.
